SOFTWARE ROBOTS AND AI OF GOVERNMENT
When Sowaio automates and optimizes the process for a municipality or other public organization, there is often talk about several different solutions with both software robots and AI. We call it digital assistants. Every time it is composed by the individual organization’s needs. Part of our digital assistants can be customized relatively easily, as we have often solved problems of a similar nature in similar organizations. It may be, for example within the defined benefit, labour market- or job center area of a municipality. This saves course time and resources.
We can deliver both implementation and operation of processes, mentor, development and RPA courses, in case you yourself will develop, and takeover of operations at existing solutions.
First of all we hold a meeting, to know about your particular situation and needs. Then we make a workshop, where we will select the most relevant processes I want to optimize digital assistants. Here we make concrete and realistic calculations, which can be saved and optimized. When the processes are decided planned startup, and then goes around 6-8 weeks, running process in your organization.

We really want to be to develop and test new digital and welfare technology solutions. Right now, for example, we quite excited about our new software robot, which calculates and pays health supplements – and we are in the process of developing two new robots for flexible wage subsidies and wage subsidies. Robot solutions are perfect for areas, where there is no need for professional judgment, they help to minimize erroneous payments and so they release time, that we can lift other service jobs. We have developed our software robot for payment of health supplements in cooperation withSowaio – and the pay until further close 75 % of all health allowance. We are still in the implementation phase, so we make daily quality assurance of payments – so that we can re-encode robot by any error. The first robot solution was developed for the payment of medical bills, and it has since December 2017 paid 1463 medical bills without a single error!”
