One speaks of RPA suitable processes from 5 dimensions:

• Highmaturity level= A best practice process agreement must be defined (and followed in the organization). In the process of best practice to be the worst waste be removed – otherwise we risk to automate a waste process
• Tasks with a high frequency and time – otherwise it can not pay off
• Strategic reasons – an automation must be justified in achieving objectives / strategy. We will ex. not spend time and money on automating a workflow, which we will build our future business …
• Effort – some robots are easier to make than others – so choose also from the complexity of the robot itself (The more systems, liability shift and interfaces robot must touch, the more complex it becomes)
• IT systems must be mature. It does not help to make a robot, which works with some programs, which is still under development. So get to update the robot many times …
